November daily posting

So, for November, I’ll post a seven line poem each day. But wait, it’s a Bernadette Mayer experiment! I have taken every line of every poem I’ve written since junior high, pasted it all into Excel, performed an alphabetical sort, and extracted every line that begins with the word “to,” whether as a preposition or as the infinitive form of a verb. Turned out to be 200 lines! Then I did a random sort of those 200 lines (to break the alphabetical chain!) and divided the randomized list into groups of 7 lines each.

So that’s it. First seven lines tomorrow (only 29 groups, sorry y’all). Comments are welcome.
